Vodka, Rum, Blended Whiskey, Gin, Bourbon and Scotch. (Liter bottles are best used for easy pouring and less waste) You also may want to consider some optional items like Tequila, Triple Sec, Sambuca, Amaretto, Coffee Liquor, Brandy, Vermouth and maybe a little Med. Dry Sherry.
Soft wines make good party pleasers such as Merlot, Syrah or Red Zinfandel for your red wines. For your white wine, Chardonnay is a great party pleaser; they are usually crisp and dry. If you would like something a little softer, a good Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio would be a good choice. It's also a good idea to have some White Zinfandel on hand for those who favor the fruiter wines. (750 mil. bottles are best used for easy pouring and less waste).
You should have a variety of three to four beers and be sure one of them is a light beer. It's also a good idea to have some Non-Alcohol beer on hand.
Tonic Water, Soda Water, Ginger Ale, Seven Up, Coke & Diet Coke or Pepsi, Orange juice, Cranberry juice, Grapefruit juice, Pineapple juice. Perrier Water & Reg. Spring Water is also nice to have, especially at large parties.
Olives, Onions, Cherries, Limes, Lemons, Whiskey Sour Mix, Bloody Mary Mix, Cocktail Napkins & Straws, Bottle Pourers, Tooth Picks and Cups...Even if your using glassware it’s a good idea to have back up cups on hand. Also, be sure to have plenty of ice, about 5 Lbs per person is usually used for full bar set-ups running 5 to 6 hours.
Condiment trays, Napkin Straw Holders, Water Pitchers, Cutting Boards, Cocktail Shakers, Ice Scoops, Corkscrews, Bottle Openers, Bar Knifes, Ice Buckets and 4 to 6 Coolers per bar.
